Dvořák’s gorgeous and hopeful Eighth Symphony graces our first concert, in conversation with a rhythmic and hypnotic double concerto by Philip Glass. Copland’s “Fanfare for the Common Man” opens the program.

Holiday Concert at Walnut Creek Presbyterian: A Marionette Holiday Celebration!
The fabulous Fratello Marionettes join us for some puppet interpretations of favorite holiday music, including The Nutcracker and “Frosty the Snowman”. Yen Liang Young Artist winner Grace Huh will perform Wienawski’s flashy second violin concerto.
