Christopher was the featured soloist with several orchestras, including the Minnesota Orchestra, Bainbridge Symphony Orchestra, Federal Way Symphony, Pacific Orchestra and Port Angeles Symphony Orchestra. He was one of the top prizewinners in numerous national and international piano competitions, including the 2015 International Keyboard Institute and Festival, Kaufman Young Artist, ENKOR International, 2013 & 2015 International e-piano competition, 2011 Virginia Waring Concerto Competition Junior Division, and the Tureck International Bach Competition. He won First Prize and the Best Chopin Prize at the 2016 National MTNA Competition. He won the Audience Favorite Award at the Virginia Waring International Piano Competition 2017 for ages 18-30 and First Prize at the 2017 State MTAC Concerto Senior Competition. A National Chopin Foundation scholarship recipient and YoungArts Winner, he appeared on NPR’s “From the Top”, TV program PIE on KCTS 9, and King FM 98.1. He has performed in halls such as the Music Tent in Aspen, Carnegie Hall, and Field Concert Hall. He spoke about and performed piano at the TEDxYouth@Redmond conference in Washington State, and currently has a CD contract with KNS Classical Spain. Christopher was accepted to the Juilliard School of Music and the Peabody Conservatory under Leon Fleisher. He was also a finalist for admission to the Curtis Institute of Music at age 12. He is the blog writer for the Steinway Society of the Bay Area, and studies piano with Mack McCray. Christopher is a premed at UC Berkeley pursuing a triple major in Music, Economics, and Biology..
